The room was spacious and clean, with a mini-fridge, plenty of space to place the luggage, kettle (very important for tea and mate 🧉) and a comfy bed. Good amount of power outlets, but sadly not on both sides of the bed (not a problem though, but a nice to have) Breakfast was excellent: delicious and a great variety of foods to choose from.

The staff are so sweet and nice. The room was excellent in terms of size and cleanliness. I loved how fast and easy the check-in/out processes were. We arrived at 7 am even though our check-in was at 2 pm and they still checked us in with no hesitation or extra charges!

The hotel is very functional, with a supermarket around the corner, plenty of parking spaces on the street in front, a quiet area with easy access, breakfast with a good amount of fruits and cereals and WiFi that works well.

The location of the hotel is 15 mins from the airport in a taxi and perfect for me as it was 400 yards from my place of work. It's a neighbourhood area outside of central Madrid and there are lots of local restaurants, bars and a large supermarket next door. For some reason I couldn't get the room temperature where I wanted it to be but otherwise the hotel was perfect for my needs.

The quiet neighborhood, accessibility to the nearest metro (10 mins walk), supermarket (next building), friendly and professional staff.

Staff was really professional and helpful. Very nice and varied breakfast. It was our second time we've stayed in this hotel.

I liked the location because is far from the city centre but we have a metro walking 5 min. Everything is clean in this hotel, the room is good and in general, I liked it.
